HTC One M9 coming to India soon

HTC announced its new flagship Android smartphone, the HTC One M9, at the annual Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, Spain on Sunday. At the press conference, the company has announced that the HTC One M9 will be releasing to some select markets, including India, later in the month. Wow! Isn't that cool?

HTC One devices always look good and the tradition continues with the M9. One of the big changes, however, is found on the back, where the duo camera setup from the One M8 has been dumped in favour of a single 20MP snapper. You'll find the same 5-inch, full HD display on the One M9, while the front facing Boomsound speakers have been given an injection of Dolby Audio technology. The M9 packs a Snapdragon 810 processor, one of the fastest mobile processors we’ve ever tested. This is a high-performance phone. The experience was butter smooth when flicking through menus, and quick when opening apps. The model I had in my hands was a pre-production sample, though, so there’s plenty of testing to be done before we know exactly how well it performs. Suffice to say, just like the best phones on the market right now, it will be plenty fast for the majority of people. You'll be able to pick up the HTC One M9 in three colour combinations, gold on silver, gun metal on grey and gold on gold. Sadly, there is no word on the pricing.
