Google last month announced its new flagship Nexus 6 smartphone. The phone is already up for sale in the United States, and it has now gotten listed on the Google India PlayStore with pricing information, suggesting to an imminent launch.
The successor to last year’s Nexus smartphone, which is priced in the US starting at $649 got listed on Flipkart earlier this week, however, there was no pricing or availability information going along with it, save for “coming soon” assurance. While the Google India PlayStora doesn’t reveal the exact release date either, it does offer pricing information. The 32GB variant of the device is priced at Rs 44,000, while the 64GB variant costs Rs 49,000. The phone comes in two color options: midnight blue and cloud white variants.
The Nexus 6 smartphone sports a 5.96-inch QHD AMOLED display with 2560×1440 pixel resolution and 493 ppi pixel density. The device is powered by a 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor paired with 3GB RAM and Adreno 420 GPU. On the camera front it has a 13-megapixel shooter at back, and a 2-megapixel snapper upfront. It packs an impressive 3,220mAh battery
